Virtual VBS next week!

This coming week we embark on our Vacation Bible School journey! This year we are trying something brand new, our VBS will be conducted virtually! Each of our children will still get the full experience of worship, praise, storytelling, crafting, snacks and even small groups, thanks to technology. Our goal this year is to help children better understand what we believe about God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit and about being the church. I hope you will join me in prayer for these youngsters as they embark on this new adventure.

Lord, we offer our prayers to you for our youngest disciples. May they see your light in all of their experiences this week. Be with the teachers, leaders and musicians as they bring their gifts to this celebration. May you pour your light into each and every person who is helping make this journey possible. God, we know that you often work in the smallest of moments. Be in every home with these children as they explore ways to see you. May the days be filled with wonder and delight and a desire to know you more. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.
