Online Pilates Class
Join us Tuesday, March 31st at 2 pm for an online ilates class led by Sylvia Blackwell. This basic pilates mat class only need an exercise or yoga mat. Optional items include: a regular towel (except those with neck problems and/or osteopenia/ osteoporosis), couch cushion or yoga bolster, flex band, fitness ring/circle. Pilates is a non-impact exercise, so water is good to have, but not necessary.
