Heather joined the staff of First United Methodist Church, Little Rock as Pastor of Care and Belonging in July 2025. She grew up in Perryville, where her parents still live and are members of Perryville UMC. Heather is a Licensed Local Pastor working toward ordination as she completes seminary. She has a passion for fostering community within and outside the church walls. She seeks to make every person feel seen, valued and nurtured in their faith journey. Heather engages through genuine connection and compassionate ministry. She has a heart for helping all God’s children feel loved and equipped to be in ministry.
