   Today we are lighting the Pink candle on our Advent Wreath. This candle comes from the ancient celebration of what is called Gaudete Sunday. It marks the halfway point in Advent. It’s actually Rose colored. Our usual Advent wreaths at the church don’t include the rose candle, but this year we thought we needed something different.
