DESCRIPTION:Discover moments of quiet\, inner peace\, and clarity through our supportive Meditation Group.  This group gathering includes a brief time of soul care\, meditation\, centering prayer practices\, mindful breathing\, and a sacred\, welcoming space to cultivate calm in a noisy\, busy world.  The group is open to all levels of experience with meditation\, from beginners to seasoned meditators.
