National Homeless Persons’ Memorial Day takes place each year on the longest night of the year, the winter solstice (usually December 21st). Little Rock programs and services for the unhoused have gathered to host a memorial for our Little Rock neighbors who have died the last year. Join us at 1:00pm in the parking lot of Second Place at Second Baptist Church Downtown.
