The Chancel Choir

The Chancel Choir is a non-audition choir that sings throughout the year for the 11:00 worship service. Rehearsal is on Wednesday evenings from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Choir Room. They sing all but one Sunday month from September until May. Contact Isaac Choh, isaacchoh@fumclr.org.

The Ensemble Choir

The Ensemble Choir is a non-audition choir that sings once a month for the 11:00 service from September to May. It rehearses 7 to 9 p.m. Thursdays in the homes of its members. Contact Isaac Choh, isaacchoh@fumclr.org.

First Word Praise Team

Adults may also participate in the First Word Praise Team, either as singers or as instrumentalists. This group serves throughout the year for the First Word Contemporary Service at 8:55 a.m. in the gym. The Praise Team is also instrumental in Bi-Annual U2DCharists that were started in 2011.Practice times vary. Contact Brian Carpenter, bjcarpenter78@att.net.

Special Performances

Both the Ensemble and Chancel Choirs combine at Christmas and Easter for special music celebrations.  They will also combine for special choral concerts in the Spring and Fall starting in 2012.
