JustUs:), a new Sunday morning class, is just for girls!  Boys are great and we appreciate the energy and perspective they bring to discussions, but sometimes there are activities and topics that girls would like to explore on their own and in depth.  JustUs:) provides an opportunity for hands on learning about the life of girls today and in biblical times.  This 4-6th grade class is intended to build community while developing skills and knowledge that enhance our lives, much as it was for girls in Jesus’ day.   In February the girls will be making jewelry.  During the spring their lessons will revolve around cooking and sewing.  We know that we learn best while doing.  The members of JustUs will craft and create while expanding their understanding of who they are as children of God and disciples of Jesus.  Starts February 5th in Room 138.
